Starbucks - Faribault
March 16th, 2006 - Land'Sake acted as the development manager for the developer, Sakatah Investment Group, LLC in the development of a two (2) lot commercial subdivision located at Western Avenue and Minnesota Highway 60 in Faribault, known as Grant Street Plaza. The first tenant in the development was a free standing Starbucks Coffee building with a drive-thru. Starbucks opened for business in December 2005. Northfield Construction Company did a great job on the building and stayed on a tight work schedule. The Second site will contain a Subway restaurant with a drive-thru. Construction is scheduled to begin later this summer.
Revamped Weblog & Website
